The design blends innovation with community connection, departing from traditional branch models to create a customer-centric environment that enhances both functionality and aesthetics.

The interior design combines modern principles with Pelican State Credit Union's community-focused ethos. The space is crafted to offer a dynamic environment that supports efficient service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. A vibrant color palette, incorporating the credit union's brand colors, creates a fresh and modern look, while warm tones and color blocks add visual interest, making the space both visually striking and comfortable.

One standout feature of this micro branch is the incorporation of Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), which replace traditional teller lines. This innovation improves transaction efficiency and expands the range of services available to members, making banking more accessible and personalized. The strategically placed ITMs optimize member interaction, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience. Additionally, well-designed workstations provide a comfortable environment for account openings and lending services, ensuring privacy and supporting an efficient workflow.

Employee well-being was a priority in the design, with ergonomically designed workstations, private offices, and break rooms featuring modern amenities such as height-adjustable desks. These spaces provide a comfortable, productive environment for staff. Throughout the branch, branding and signage are carefully planned to reflect Pelican State Credit Union’s commitment to customer service and community engagement. The centralized concierge desk serves as the focal point, guiding members efficiently through the branch while reinforcing the credit union’s brand identity.
