The newly designed workspace features collaborative areas, minimal private offices, abundant natural light, sustainable materials, and effective acoustical solutions—all focused on enhancing employee wellness and reinforcing the company’s brand identity.

Addressing the existing building's complex layout was a significant challenge. The redesign now facilitates smooth departmental transitions and ensures accessibility throughout, with a focus on open spaces bathed in natural light. Materials like wood, carpets, luxury vinyl tile, and quartz were selected for their durability and sustainability, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. The space also incorporates advanced acoustical solutions, including baffles, sound masking systems, and suspended ceilings, to maintain auditory comfort in the open-plan design. The interior features a warm, neutral color palette accented by the company's signature greens and blues, creating an inviting and professional environment.

A key element of the headquarters is its lobby, which radiates a welcoming atmosphere with its blend of warm wood tones and plentiful natural light. This space is accented by live flowers, commissioned artwork from local artists, and thoughtfully designed signage, ensuring that guests feel welcomed at all times.

The boardroom at CSRS is a model of flexibility, easily transforming from a traditional meeting space to a classroom or event area thanks to modular, mobile furniture. It features a calming blend of warm woods and soft greys, with high-quality acoustics provided by specialized ceiling treatments and carpeting. The room is outfitted with cutting-edge technology for video conferencing, complete with integrated lighting, sound systems, and connectivity solutions that enhance its utility and ambiance.

Strategically placed throughout the headquarters, medium and small conference rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technological setups facilitate effective communication with both local and international teams. These rooms also feature sound-optimized acoustics and privacy-enhancing frosted vinyl that allows natural light to permeate the space.

The open floor plan encourages transparent communication and teamwork, with a mix of standard and semi-private workstations that provide both privacy and opportunities for collaboration. Each workstation includes adjustable-height desks, personal lighting solutions, and ergonomic chairs, prioritizing comfort and well-being. The design also includes a limited number of private offices, each personalized with adjustable furnishings and live plants, offering a quiet, comfortable workspace. The semi-private areas feature frosted, lockable doors for when privacy is needed.
