With a budget of $5,000,000, this headquarters showcases our expertise in creating corporate spaces that reflect the client’s brand identity while delivering an inviting and professional environment for both staff and clients. 

The design’s color palette plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the entire office. Soft neutral hues are balanced with rich walnut accents, creating a cohesive and polished visual language. Materials were selected for both durability and refinement, ensuring the space can withstand the demands of a busy law firm while maintaining its sophisticated look. This thoughtful selection supports the well-being and comfort of both employees and visitors, aligning aesthetics with practicality. 

Versatility is a cornerstone of the design, particularly evident in the “mock” courtroom located on the ground floor. This space is an invaluable resource for the firm, allowing lawyers and clients to simulate courtroom proceedings. Designed with a judge’s bench, jury box, and attorney tables, the room’s sophisticated design includes a blend of light and dark wood stains. The courtroom can also be transformed into a large conference room thanks to modular low-wall dividers on 360° casters, maximizing the space’s usability.

The flow and connectivity throughout the headquarters were carefully considered in the design. In the lobby, a ceiling cloud with reveal lines breaks up the surface area, visually connecting the second-floor conference rooms to the main lobby. This design, combined with neutral tones and walnut accents, creates a harmonious and elegant atmosphere. The second-floor conference rooms mirror this attention to detail, featuring subtle patterns in the flooring and ceiling soffits that enhance the professional yet welcoming environment. These rooms offer flexibility, accommodating both large meetings and smaller, more intimate gatherings.
