The design concept centers on custom millwork, branded elements, and strategic color accents, blending traditional materials with modern lines to narrate Crescent Bank’s brand story while fostering a productive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.

Upon entering the branch, customers enjoy a clear view of all services, facilitated by a carefully planned floor pattern that establishes a strong visual axis. Complementary ceiling elements enhance spatial organization, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive layout. With a primary demographic of senior customers, the design prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity. Barrier-free spaces and features accommodate individuals with special needs, while a concierge desk enhances customer service and elevates the overall banking experience.

Recognizing the branch's high-traffic environment, the design incorporates seating options that cater to customers of all mobility levels. Chairs with arms were selected to provide additional support for those requiring assistance. Utilizing the branch’s architectural features, we reinforced Crescent Bank’s brand identity through super graphics, creating focal points that amplify the space’s visual appeal.

The custom-designed teller line emphasizes accessibility for traditional banking roles while fostering face-to-face engagement between tellers and customers for a personalized experience. Employee privacy was thoughtfully addressed with workstations featuring frosted panels and light wood finishes, striking a balance between openness and confidentiality.

CDI Solutions managed all aspects of the project, from the selection and procurement of furniture to the creation of comprehensive construction documents. These included detailed millwork elevations and precise specifications for accent wall finishes. A Reflected Ceiling Plan was developed to integrate seamlessly with the architect’s construction documents, showcasing our collaborative and detail-oriented approach. Additionally, our team designed an interior wayfinding system that extends Crescent Bank’s brand recognition throughout the branch, ensuring consistency and enhancing customer navigation.
