CDI Solutions has designed and implemented an innovative in-school micro branch for the Bank of Zachary at Zachary High School. This unique blend of education and financial services aligns with Louisiana’s legislation mandating financial literacy classes in schools. By supporting financial education for students and the community, the Bank of Zachary continues its long-standing commitment to service as the oldest chartered bank in the region, established in 1904. This micro branch caters to students, teachers, and staff while fostering financial literacy education.

Breaking away from traditional banking formats, the micro branch emphasizes a streamlined, student-centric approach within a compact footprint. CDI Solutions designed a transitional-style interior, blending modern design elements with the bank’s historical context to create an inviting atmosphere. Located in a repurposed corner classroom, the branch features a defined storefront entrance and pass-thru service counter adorned with brand-color wall coverings and custom signage. These details maintain consistency with the aesthetic of other Bank of Zachary locations designed by CDI Solutions.

The in-school branch integrates Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) within the teller line to enhance transaction efficiency and promote meaningful interactions. Adding a vibrant, local touch, the bank’s CEO recommended a mural to personalize the space. Created by graffiti artist Marc Fresh, the mural combines the Bank of Zachary's logo, Zachary High School’s iconic four columns, and an inspirational financial literacy message: “Grow Your Future.” This artwork has become a popular photo spot, strengthening community connections and student engagement.

CDI Solutions meticulously executed branding and signage to reinforce the Bank of Zachary’s identity. The custom “Bronco Branch” logo and other interior signage reflect the bank’s core values of customer service, community engagement, and corporate responsibility. The bank’s distinctive logo of four geometric shapes symbolizes its dedication to customers, staff, shareholders, and the community—values that are collectively known as the “Bank of Zachary Way.”
