The renovated branch features a state-of-the-art teller desk, comfortable seating areas, and private offices, each designed to improve the member experience. The headquarters is equipped with functional spaces such as a boardroom, breakroom, and additional private offices. Paying homage to the region's Acadian architectural heritage, the design incorporates exposed shiplap ceilings, rough sawn columns and beams, and brick arches. This thoughtful integration of local aesthetics creates a warm, inviting environment for both members and staff.

To reflect its roots, the teller line and other interior elements feature finishes typical of Acadiana and Lafayette, including cypress wood millwork, reclaimed brick, and traditional ceiling planks. The interior lighting strategy blends recessed lighting with traditional pendants and wall sconces to complement the space’s Acadiana style.
