Upon entering the main lobby, guests are greeted by a thoughtfully designed space that exudes warmth and sophistication. The lowered crown profile paired with contrasting paint colors establishes a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, making the large space feel intimate and inviting. Custom-designed large-format pendant fixtures provide an element of grandeur, while the use of upscale hospitality finishes and local custom photography infuses the space with character and a sense of place. This attention to detail is critical to creating a first impression that is both welcoming and reflective of the community’s unique personality.

A standout feature of the renovation is "The Watering Hole," a space designed for social interaction and relaxation. Complete with a fully stocked bar and staffed service; this casual yet refined area offers a vibrant environment for residents to gather. The design incorporates a varied reflective ceiling plan (RCP) and specialty lighting to ensure that the space feels lively and dynamic, day or night. The inviting atmosphere encourages spontaneous conversation and fosters a sense of community, making it a go-to spot for informal gatherings and more structured social events.

Beyond the communal spaces, the public corridors leading to the private living quarters maintain the same level of thoughtful design. Pilasters and tray ceilings are strategically placed to guide residents and visitors from the openness of the lobby into more private areas. These transitions are softened by the use of decorative wall coverings, custom local artwork, and specialty pendant lighting, ensuring that these passageways are not just functional but integral to the overall design. By treating the corridors with the same care as the public areas, CDI Solutions created a cohesive environment where every part of the space contributes to the overall aesthetic and experience.

Custom-designed pendant chandeliers are one of the artistic highlights of the project.
