This facility is at the forefront of modern cancer care with essential cancer treatment services, including advanced imaging, oncology physician suites, a cutting-edge medical linear accelerator (LINAC) for radiotherapy, and custom-designed infusion therapy suites.

The core design principle focuses on reducing the physical and psychological burdens of treatment. Through a strategic layout, CDI Solutions decreased the average clinical team's walking distance by 36%, significantly reducing the time per patient encounter. This efficiency enhances patient care by allowing the medical staff to dedicate more time to everyone, ultimately improving the overall treatment experience. 

Upon entering the pavilion, patients and visitors are greeted by a light-filled lobby where nature-inspired materials promote a sense of calm and well-being. Recognizing the importance of privacy, custom millwork at registration desks and wood wall panel dividers with integrated acoustical properties help maintain confidentiality while contributing to a peaceful environment. Personal waiting areas ensure privacy for patients and families, offering a respite in the hospital's public setting. Intuitive wayfinding solutions achieved seamless integration with the existing hospital facilities, allowing patients to easily navigate between buildings. This thoughtful design reduces stress for both first-time and returning patients.

Lighting design plays a crucial role in defining the pavilion’s various spaces. A blend of natural and artificial light sources personalizes each area, creating a calming atmosphere conducive to healing. Light control measures, such as multiple light sources and window treatments, mitigate glare and reduce the clinical feel of medical spaces, further enhancing comfort. The infusion therapy suites are designed with patient comfort and privacy in mind.
